Returns & Exchanges

All products are made custom for you based on your order. Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted. Please note that during our giveaway period we must adhere to special rules for returns/refunds since the amount you paid is directly related to your entries into the giveaway. Because of this we cannot accept returns/refunds. 

Exchanges:

EXCHANGES ARE WELCOME! We want you to be able to wear and enjoy the gear that you ordered therefore, we make this process very simple. If you have ordered an apparel or accessory item that is the wrong size for you, simply send it back to our address below.

You will be responsible for payment of return shipping to the address below. Please make sure all original packaging is included with the product and that it is undamaged. Include a note in the package stating your original order number and that you need to exchange it for the correct item. When we receive the return, we will ship you the correct item.

Receiving Damaged/Incorrect Product:

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately at (505streetdreams@gmail.com) for an exchange for the same item with your order number and a photo of the defective/wrong product.

 Information To Understand:

Unless the item or items you ordered are defective, eligible purchases made within a period of an active giveaway are non-refundable if returned following the completion of one of our giveaways.

After the promotional sweepstakes period has ended, you may contact us about returning an item or items, and if eligible for a return, you may choose a comparable item of equal value. Since your purchases earn you entries to win a vehicle during a giveaway (and we can't return your order once the giveaway has ended) we have to enforce this policy.
